How to Reset Your Password 


If you’ve forgotten your password, don’t worry. You can easily reset it using the “Forgot Password” feature on our app login screen. Follow the steps below to regain access to your account.

 

Steps to Reset Your Password


Navigate to the Login Screen:

1. Open the HeadCount app and go to the login screen.


2. Click on the “Forgot Password” button.


Enter Your Email Address:

1. In the provided field, enter the email address associated with your HeadCount account.


2. Click on the “Submit” button to receive a reset code via email.

 

Important

The email address is case-sensitive. Ensure accuracy to prevent login issues.


Check Your Email:

1. Check your email inbox for the reset code. This email should arrive within a few minutes.


2. If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.


Enter the Reset Code:

1. Return to the app and enter the reset code you received in the email.


2. Next, enter your new password in the provided field. Make sure to enter it twice for confirmation.


Complete the Reset Process:

1. Once all fields are correctly filled out, click on the “Reset Password” button.


2. Your password will be reset, and you can now log in with your new password.


Changing Your Password with Current Credentials


If you have your current email and password, you can also change your password directly within the app:

 

Go to the Settings Tab:

 

-Open the HeadCount app and navigate to the settings tab.


Click on the Password Tab:

 

-At the top of the settings page, click on the “Password” tab.


Reset Your Password:

1. Enter your current password, followed by your new password (twice for confirmation).


2. Click on the “Reset Password” button to complete the process.


Unable to Access Email?


If you cannot access the email address associated with your account, you will need to contact our customer support team for further assistance.

 

Ask Another Admin

 

Tip

-If your organization has more than one admin, ask another admin to look up your email from the admin's profile.
