To access the Inspections page in the HeadCount Compliance App, you need to follow these steps:

Note

-Desktop: Ensure that the Compliance App is selected from your available applications. Once it is selected, look at the left navigation bar and click on the Inspections option.

-Mobile: Ensure that the Compliance App is selected from the dropdown menu. Then, select Inspections from the dropdown navigation menu.

This Inspections page is your main hub for managing and viewing all inspection cycles you have access to as a technician.

Header Section Overview

At the top of the Inspections page, you will find a comprehensive header section. This includes:

Note

-Location Selector: Situated next to the profile icon and app selector icon, this allows you to switch between different buildings that you have access to. Clicking on this will display a list of buildings, enabling you to choose the one you need.

-Analytics: Two key metrics are displayed here - the number of active inspections and the number of completed inspections for the selected building. This gives you a quick snapshot of the inspection activity in your selected location.

Searching and Filtering Inspections

Note

-Search Bar: Directly beneath the analytics, you will find the search bar. This is a handy tool that allows you to quickly find a specific inspection cycle by typing in its name.

-Filter Options: Below the search bar, there are filtering options. These filters enable you to sort the table of inspection cycles by various criteria such as Inspection, Expiration, and Status. This makes it easier to manage and focus on specific sets of inspections.

Inspection Cycles Table

The main part of the Inspections page is the table listing all inspection cycles for the selected building. Each row in this table provides the following information:

Info

-Inspection Cycle Name: The name of the inspection cycle.

-Cycle Completion Date: The date by which the inspection cycle is supposed to be completed.

-Percentage of Cycle Completed: A visual representation of how much of the inspection cycle has been completed.

Interacting with Inspection Cycles

For each inspection cycle listed in the table, you have two primary actions available by clicking or swiping left on the cycle:

Note

-Details: This option opens a modal window that provides more detailed information about the inspection cycle. Here, you can see the number of Non-Compliant Assets, Pending Assets, and Compliant Assets. It also shows the inspection cycle's completion percentage and lists the start and end dates of the cycle. Additionally, it provides a list of all inspectors who have access to this cycle.

-Inspect: This option takes you to the map view of the inspection cycle. The map view is designed to help you navigate through the inspection process more effectively.

Using the Map View for Inspections

Upon entering the map view, the first thing you will encounter is the inspection checklist. This checklist is for all the assets included in the current inspection cycle.

Selecting Regions on the Map:

Info

-You can either click on a specific region of the map or use the location selector in the header to choose a region.

-The map will display asset pins (for single assets) or asset cluster icons (for multiple assets within that region).

Inspecting Individual Assets:

Info

-Click on an asset pin or asset cluster icon.

-You will be prompted to scan the barcode of the asset. This step ensures that you are inspecting the correct asset.

-If the barcode scan is successful, a popup will appear, asking if you want to fill out the associated asset form. You can choose to proceed with the form or skip it.

Determining Asset Status:

Note

-Compliant: If the asset is compliant, simply mark it as compliant, and the map pin will be removed from the map.

-Non-Compliant: If the asset is non-compliant, you will be directed to a checklist screen where you can specify which checklist items the asset failed or create a custom issue if it is not listed. You will then need to take a picture of the asset, which will be included in the inspection report.

Deficient Work Order Preview:

Info

-After taking the picture and providing all necessary details, you will be shown a preview of the deficient work order. This preview allows you to double-check all the information entered.

-If everything is correct, click the check icon in the upper right-hand corner to create a work order for the deficient asset. This work order will be added to the Work Order section.
