Super Technician Guide
When an Administrator assigns you the Super Technician role, you gain additional capabilities within the HeadCount Compliance App. These capabilities are designed to keep the workflow uninterrupted, even when no Administrator is on shift.

Accessing the Work Request Tab
Once you are assigned the Super Technician role:
Navigation
Desktop: A new Work Request tab will appear in the navigation bar.
Mobile: The Work Request tab will be available in the dropdown navigation menu.
Navigating the Work Request Page
On the Work Request page, you will see a table listing all active work requests for the building you have selected. Use the location selector in the header to switch between buildings and view work requests for different locations. The location selector also allows you to filter work orders by portal, category, priority, or date range.
Super Technician Actions and Filters
As a Super Technician, you have access to the following options under the Actions tab:
Actions
Create a New Work Request:
-Select the Create New Work Request option.
-Choose the portal of the building.
-Fill out the request form and submit it.
Approve a Work Request:
-Select the Approve Work Request option.
-Make any necessary changes to the request form.
-Assign the request to other users.
-Once completed and submitted, the work request is turned into a work order.
View a Work Request:
-Select the View option to see detailed information about the work request without making changes.
Print a Work Request:
-Select the Print option to print out a copy of the work request.
Filters
Under the Filters tab, you can refine your view of work requests by:
Filters
-Category
-Priority
-Date Range
By using these filters, you can quickly find and manage the work requests that require your attention.
