Navigating to the Notifications Page
This guide is for technicians and shows you how to find the Notifications page in HeadCount CMMS. The setup is identical to what admins use, so you’ll have the same easy options to get there. Let’s break it down.
On Desktop or Laptop
You’ve got three ways to hit the Notifications page from your computer:
1. Using the Left Navigation Menu:

-Check the vertical menu on the left side of your screen.
-Find the "Notifications" tab—it’s usually got a bell icon or just says "Notifications."
-Click it, and you’re there.
2. Via the Profile Tab:

-Scroll down the left menu to your profile tab (might show your name, like "Jane Doe," or an avatar).
-Click it, and a little menu pops up with stuff like "Profile," "Settings," and "Notifications."
-Hit "Notifications" to go straight to the page.
3. Through the Top Right Menu:

-Look at the top right corner for three vertical dots (sometimes called the "More" icon).
-Click that, and a dropdown shows up.
-Pick "Notifications" from the list, and you’re in.
On Mobile Devices
On your phone or tablet, it’s just as simple:

-Fire up the HeadCount CMMS app or mobile site.
-Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines, top left corner—aka the "hamburger menu").
-A menu slides out with options like "Work Orders," "Dashboard," and "Notifications."
-Scroll if you need to, then tap "Notifications" to see what’s up.
Tip
Troubleshooting: If "Notifications" isn’t showing, log out and back in to refresh things.
