We're changing the way facility's manage maintenance and compliance routines!

Traditional CMMS platforms simply cannot handle the task of managing high volumes of preventative maintenance routines. HeadCount came to solve this problem and stayed to make a difference in people's lives.

Our mission

is to provide a much-needed tool to help manage facility compliance and maintenance routines while saving time, money and stress. The CMMS world has become so massive and fragmented at the same time. HeadCount steps into the chaos and adds a sense of calm and control to the frantic facility management landscape.

HeadCount Compliance was created in an attempt to meet a very specific need in the industry: tracking the exact state of every sprinkler head in a facility, it’s date, type, condition, response time, even make and model. Recording information in a static spreadsheet is fairly simple for one sprinkler head but for tens of thousands... that was another story. Since none of the current CMMS software platforms on the market could efficiently handle the workload, we set out to solve this problem, and we did it! Add as much or as little to the system as you would like – If we can handle fire sprinkler heads, you know we can handle any other critical asset.

Once we solved the challenge of managing high-volume preventative maintenance routines, we also needed to handle all other facility issues not related to tagged assets. How do we note that a door knob is stuck, a toilet is running, light bulb is out, or a room needs cleaning. HeadCount Maintenance takes care of this in a simple fashion. Requests can be generated from any web connected device by anyone in your facility or by your in-house personnel. Process any volume of maintenance tasks with a flexible, customizable, and real-time platform which you can organize in ways that make sense for your facility's needs.
