Sign-Up and Login
As a vendor in HeadCount, you have two ways to log in to the system. This guide will walk you through the process of signing up and logging in using the credentials or QR code provided by a HeadCount Admin.
Admin Setup
When a HeadCount Admin creates a vendor account, they generate special login credentials. The admin has two options for providing access:

-Login Credentials: The admin can give these credentials to the vendor, allowing them to log in multiple technicians with the same account.
-QR Code: The admin can generate and print a QR code that vendors can scan to log in.
Admins can regenerate the password or QR code at any time for security or other reasons.
Logging In as a Vendor
To log in as a vendor, follow these steps:

-Open the App: Launch the HeadCount app on your mobile device.
-Access Vendor Login: On the login screen, find the Vendor Login button located at the bottom right.
Tap this button to access the special vendor login screen.
Choose Login Method:

-Login Credentials: Enter the username and password provided by the HeadCount Admin.
-QR Code: If a QR code is available, tap the Scan QR Code option and use your device's camera to scan the code.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues during the login process, consider the following steps:

-Credentials Not Working: Ensure you are entering the correct username and password. If the problem persists, contact the HeadCount Admin to verify or regenerate your credentials.
-QR Code Issues: Make sure the QR code is not damaged or distorted. If you are unable to scan the code, request a new one from the HeadCount Admin.
