Navigating to Work Orders


To access the Work Orders page in the HeadCount Compliance App, follow these steps:

 

Info

-Desktop: Ensure that the Compliance App is selected from your available applications. Once it is selected, click on Work Orders in the left navigation bar.


-Mobile: Ensure the Compliance App is selected from the dropdown menu. Then, select Work Orders from the dropdown navigation menu.


This page displays all the work orders you have access to as a vendor.

 

Header Section Overview


At the top of the Work Orders page, you will find:

 

Info

-Location Selector: Located next to the profile icon and app selector icon, this allows you to switch between buildings you have access to. You can also filter by inventory type and inspection type (e.g., monthly or annual inspections).


-Analytics: Displays the total number of work orders you have in the selected building.
Searching and Filtering Work Orders

 

Info

-Search Bar: Under the analytics, the search bar allows you to quickly find a specific work order by entering its barcode number.


-View Map Button: Below the search bar, there is a View Map button. Clicking this takes you to the map view page, where you can see the work orders on the map.


Work Orders Table


The main section of the Work Orders page is a table listing all work orders for the selected building. Each row in this table displays:

-Work Order Item: Clicking or sliding left on a work order item provides three options: Details, Map View, and Open Work Order.


Interacting with Work Orders

Details

 

Selecting this option opens a detailed view of the work order, which includes:

 

-Barcode Number


-Status


-Days Remaining


-Start Date


-Expiration Date


-Deficiencies: Lists all the deficiencies of the asset that triggered the work order. On desktop, you also have the option to print a copy of the work order.

 

Map View

 

This option takes you to the floor plan map, pinpointing the location of the work order. From here, you can:

 

-Click on the pin to view device information or open the work order.


-View Device Information: Displays detailed information such as type, barcode, location, make, model, specific device information, work orders history, inspection history, and the list of technicians who have worked on it. You can also send emails to the technicians and leave comments if necessary.


-Open Work Order: Takes you to the detailed work order view where you can complete the work order.
Completing Work Orders


When you open a work order, you will see all relevant information about the work order and the asset, including:

-Device Number


-Inspection Type


At the bottom of the work order, you will find two tabs:

 

-Deficiencies Tab: Lists any deficiencies marked when the work order was created. These are displayed as red tabs. Clicking on a deficiency tab will prompt you to confirm if the deficiency has been completed.

 

Info

-Actions Tab: Provides various options based on the condition of the asset. Actions can include device replacement, barcode replacement, and updating specific device information.


After making your selections, click the checkmark in the upper right-hand corner. You will then be asked to provide a brief description of your work. Once finished, the work order will be submitted for approval from the administration.
