Vendor Profile
The Profile section in HeadCount CMMS allows vendors to manage and update their personal information, ensuring their profiles are accurate and up-to-date.

Accessing Your Profile
Initial Setup
When you log in successfully as a vendor, the app will prompt you to enter your first and last name. This helps identify which employee is using the account.
Next, the app will use geo-location to select the closest building you have access to or ask you to select a building manually. After selecting a building, you will be taken to the app you have set as your default.
Navigation
To access your profile, you can use one of the following methods:
Info
-Navigate to the User Management section and select the Profile tab.
-Use the App Selector button at the top.
-Access the Mobile Menu and select Profile.
Profile Details
Metrics
At the top of your profile, you will see key metrics:

-Teams: View the number of teams you belong to.
-Buildings: See the buildings you have access to.
-Schedules: Check your active schedules.
Profile Information
You can update the following personal information:
Info
-Name: Edit your first and last name.
-Job Title: Update your job title.
-About Section: Provide a brief description about yourself.
-Phone Numbers: Add or update your contact numbers.
Lists
Info
-Maintenance Access: Review your maintenance permissions.
-Compliance Access: Check your compliance credentials.
Editing Your Profile
To edit your profile information:

-Select the field you want to update.
-Make the necessary changes.
-After updating the fields, click the Update button to save your changes.
Viewing Profile Information
Info
-Metrics Display: At the top of your profile, see key metrics such as team memberships and access details.
-User Information: Below the metrics, view and edit your personal information.
