Completed Work Orders for Vendors

The Completed Work Orders section in HeadCount is designed to help vendors review and manage their completed tasks. This guide will walk you through navigating the Completed Work Orders section, understanding its features, and effectively using the available options.

 

Accessing Completed Work Orders


To access the Completed Work Orders section, follow these steps:

-Navigate to the Completed Work Tab: You can find this tab either in the left navigation bar or the app navigation popover for mobile.


-Searchable and Sortable Table: Here, you will see a table listing all the work orders you have completed.


On desktop, the table displays:

-Name of the work order: The title or name of the task.


-Floor name: The specific floor where the work order was located.


-Category: The category of the work order, indicating the type of work that was completed.


-Priority: The urgency level of the work order when it was assigned.


-Completion date: The date when the work order was completed.


On mobile, the table displays:

-Work order name: The title of the task.


-Complete by date: The date by which the task was originally due.


Managing Completed Work Orders


You have several options when you select a completed work order:

 

View Work Order:

-Action: Click on this option to view detailed information about the work order.

Sections:


1. Work Order Details: This section shows the basic information about the work order and what was completed.


2. Work Form: This section displays the attached work order form and all its fields, providing comprehensive details about the task requirements and completion.


3. Users Tab: This section lists all the admins, technicians, vendors, and teams who were assigned to this work order.


View Map Pin:

-Action: Select this option to see the location of the work order on a map.


-Functionality: If a map pin was added when the work order was created, this option takes you to the map view of the floor where the work order was located. The pin indicates the exact location of the task. Clicking on the pin will show you the work order details.


Print:

-Action: Click this option to preview and print a printable version of the work order.


-Functionality: This is useful if you need a hard copy of the completed work order for your records.


Filtering Completed Work Orders

To efficiently manage and find specific completed work orders, you can use the filtering options provided:

 

-Category: Filter work orders by their assigned category to focus on specific types of tasks.


-Priority: Filter work orders based on their priority level, allowing you to review the most urgent tasks first.


-Date Range: Provide either a start date, end date, or both to filter work orders within a specific date range, helping you plan and review tasks according to deadlines.
