This Inspections page is your main interface for managing and viewing all inspection cycles your vendor account has access to.
Header Section Overview
At the top of the Inspections page, you will find a detailed header section, including:
Note
-Location Selector: This is next to the profile icon and app selector icon. Clicking on it allows you to switch between different buildings that your vendor account has access to.
-Analytics: Displays two key metrics – the number of active inspections and the number of completed inspections for the selected building. This provides a quick overview of inspection activities in the chosen location.
Searching and Filtering Inspections
Note
-Search Bar: Located beneath the analytics, the search bar allows you to search for a specific inspection cycle by name.
-Filter Options: Below the search bar, you can filter the inspection cycles by Inspection, Expiration, and Status. This helps in managing and focusing on specific sets of inspections more effectively.
Inspection Cycles Table
The primary section of the Inspections page is a table listing all inspection cycles for the selected building. Each row provides:
Info
-Inspection Cycle Name: The name of the inspection cycle.
-Cycle Completion Date: The date by which the inspection cycle is expected to be completed.
-Percentage of Cycle Completed: A visual representation of how much of the inspection cycle has been completed.
Interacting with Inspection Cycles
For each inspection cycle listed, you have two main actions available by clicking or swiping left on the cycle:
Note
-Details: Opens a modal window with detailed information about the inspection cycle. This includes the number of Non-Compliant Assets, Pending Assets, and Compliant Assets, the cycle's completion percentage, start and end dates, and a list of inspectors with access to the cycle.
-Inspect: Takes you to the map view of the inspection cycle, designed to facilitate a more efficient inspection process.
Using the Map View for Inspections
Once in the map view, you will first encounter the inspection checklist, detailing all assets in the current inspection cycle.
Selecting Regions on the Map:
Info
-Click on a region of the map or use the location selector in the header to choose a region.
-The map will display asset pins (for single assets) or asset cluster icons (for multiple assets within that region).
Inspecting Individual Assets:
Info
Click on an asset pin or asset cluster icon.
-You will be prompted to scan the barcode of the asset, ensuring the correct asset is being inspected.
-If the barcode scan is successful, a popup will appear, asking if you want to fill out the associated asset form. You can choose to proceed with the form or skip it.
Determining Asset Status:
Note
-Compliant: Mark the asset as compliant, and the map pin will be removed from the map.
-Non-Compliant: Specify which checklist items the asset failed or create a custom issue if it is not listed. You will then need to take a picture of the asset, which will be included in the inspection report.
Deficient Work Order Preview:
Info
-After taking the picture and providing all necessary details, you will be shown a preview of the deficient work order. This allows you to double-check all entered information.
-If everything is correct, click the check icon in the upper right-hand corner to create a work order for the deficient asset. This work order will be added to the Work Order section.
